This year Ian Hubert, a widely celebrated 3D designer and VFX artist, will be among the notable speakers to inspire and educate attendees. With more than 25 years of groundbreaking experience in 3D art, Hubert has helped transformed the industry. He is best known for his work on the webseries, Dynamo, and his YouTube videos, where he shares Lazy Tutorials with over 700K subscribers. His involvement with the event is especially exciting for all Blender and VFX enthusiasts.

Hubert will be joined by other industry leaders such as Esben Lash (League of Legends, Valorant & IOI Interactive’s upcoming Fantasy Title), Sam Surplice (Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Hotel Transylvania & Sea Beast), Peer Lemmers (Horizon: Forbidden West, Jurassic World & Edge of Tomorrow), Farhang Namdar (Larian Studios: Baldur’s Gate 3), and Magnus Bruun (Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Valhalla & Last Kingdom).

Moreover, the KIND OF ART 2024 Competition offers an exciting opportunity for artists to showcase their work. This year’s challenge is themed “The Art of Creation,” and participants are invited to create an original A3 poster that visually represents their interpretation of creation within the art and entertainment industries. With a strict focus on originality, competitors are encouraged to move beyond fan art and dive deep into their unique artistic visions.

The Palads Theater, an iconic venue in Copenhagen with 17 state-of-the-art auditoriums and a rich cultural heritage since 1912, offers the perfect backdrop for two days of inspiration, networking, and hands-on learning opportunities.
